Questions of size and scale become meaningless when applied to constructs.

Constructs can be manipulated in any imaginable fashion. Measurements become nothing more than numbers (555, 100, and 1 differing only in the combination of 1's and 0's); feet and light-years and microns are interchangeable descriptors.
