These vats contain all manner of exotic, potentially poisonous concoctions, many percolating away cheerfully without Aleister's supervision. With difficulty, it is possible to locate an unused, relatively clean vat (is that a sticky chemical residue, or stray glaze from one of the alchemist's beloved sugar-cakes? Hard to say). If you're still looking for more ingredients, head back to the alchemist's laboratory. Otherwise, mix it all together!
