R and L try to be in bed by midnight. If anyone calls after ten-thirty, they are both mildly disgruntled. L gets up every morning at eight, and goes to work at nine. R usually gets up with him, although sometimes she'll sleep for an extra hour since she doesn't have class until 10:30. They are frustrated by the college mentality that two is late and ten isn't. On two separate occasions, friends of theirs have invited themselves over at ten o' clock or so. The first time, they were both reasonably polite, the second time, L hid in bed and R entertained her friend until he got the message.
