I have two rather large assignments to complete in the next two weeks.

For my Computer Science class I have to code Tetris (the computer game); then there's the midterm project for my English class: a bunch of lexias in Storyspace relating something to critical literary theory (I have to make an HTML version as well).

I like to get very involved in my work, to put passion into my projects, to hand in quality to my professors. Having two incredibly time-consuming undertakings with identical deadlines to complete makes this virtually impossible. (Did I mention I have a math midterm on the due date as well?) It's going to be hard to do a good job on two seemingly unrelated exercises, given the time constraints and the fixed amount of passion and energy that lives in my body.
