What do you need to know to create basic HTML documents?
1. Put "P" tags around paragraphs
<P> Milton expresses this idea most clearly later in the tract:</P>
2. Put BLOCKQUOTE tags around set-off or indented paragraphs
<BLOCKQUOTE>
<P>
I cannot praise a fugitive and cloistered virtue, unexercised and unbreathed, that never sallies out and sees her adversary, but slinks out of the race where that immortal garland is to be run for, not without dust and heat.
</P>
<BLOCKQUOTE>
3. Use "B" tags for bold and "I" tags for italics.
4. Oh yes, use templates -- or borrow then -- for top and bottom of your documents. That's it.
