The snowmaking Chain of Command:
Each shift is headed by a shift super.  The shift super reports to the snowmaking supervisor (Jeff Clancy), who answers to the Director of Mountain Operations (Steve Crowley).  The Director of Mountain Ops interacts directly with the General Manager of the resort.
