
This excellent Walthers kit was spray painted, assembled, and detailed with a car near the entrance, and a few signs. On my layout it sat next to the large Pawtuxet hotel and back-to-back with the Walthers bank.


As a way to create make the roof more visually interesting, I followed New York City's building codes that require mounting large air conditioning roof units on I-beams that rest on masonry.
