This heavily weathered oldtime tank car, a kit from Model Diecasting/Roundhouse that I built in June 2006 from a kit I bought on eBay, has a painted undercarriage, like the one from the PRR but unlike the that from Union Tank Line on which I used a chemical weathering agent not all that successfully. The AP&G also has one of these old timers, which I painted bright red. I weathered the Gramps tank car chiefly with three or four colors of artist's oil pastels, which were then oversprayed with Dullcote [GPL].
