Non-Revenue Cars on the AP&G — Track inspector's vehicle

This vehichle used for track inspection and other maintenance-of-way activities derives from a Japanese plastic kit for an army truck to which I added Grandt Line (?) plastic wheels, hand-painted Preiser figures, and chalk weathering. At the close of 2016, a descendant of Augustus Melmotte sold the truck to a Maryland railroad.
