A scene from the 1960s: A Road Switcher and train near the Macktez Mill. In this scene a General Motors EMD SW7 pulls several hoppers, including one from the Southern Pacific, past the Macktez textile mill in Albion. The locomotive, one of the many bits and pieces of equipment I received from a friend in 1979, is made of solid bronze and must be from the early days of scale modeling [GPL].
