This structure, which comes from a Magnusson resin kit with cardboard roof and wooden dock, is now apparently distributed by Scale Structures. It's one of my favorite models, and in the first intonation of the AP&G it stood at the end of a siding beneath a mountain near a tunnel. In the next version of my late-nineteenth-century Rhode Island railroad, I planned to put it on the top of a mountain, following the lead of the wonderful (and almost always unobtainable) limited edition South River Models and make it the basis of a mill complex driven by water power, which will include a mill pond, this structure, and buildings with clapboard, stone, and other contrasting materials.
