Denver & Rio Grandee Western Railroad Engine 683, 2-8-0. 1890. Baldwin Locomotive Works. Engine 683, which is the only surviving D&RGW standard gauge steam locomotive, was sold to the San Louis Valley Southern Railway in 1947 and purchased by the museum in 1962. [GPL].
