Moving spatial hypertext

Of course, things are never this simple. Take, for example, the No_Plata_Dot_US project by Preguiça Febril, Gisele Beiguelman, Marcus Bastos, and Rafael Maechetti at this years's FILE: Texts gathered from the internet via Google dance, interlace, and move around the screen, portions of them occasionally, briefly, becoming legible. The text is animated, yes, but it since it is a continually changing collage of texts, it also functions as spatial hypertext.

Is this different power-ratio significant?
