The Fairbanks Morse 100 ton Coaling in HO
After building thhis Alexander Models HO kit for his East Bay and Westerly Railroad, Justin Maguire realized this small coaling tower was well suited to the NBR&N, so he created scale drawings and scratchbuilt a larger version, which he removes from the modular railroad when it is in storage or it travels. Kitbashed Switching Tower on the East Bay and Westerly.
A rural whistle stop
This tiny country station adjacent to a country stream began life as a Suydam metal kit. Maguire carefully painted contrasting trim, weathered galvanized iron roof, and added passengers and other details.
