If you have joined our database (submitted a Personal Information Questionnaire), you may submit up to three works of art--more works may be submitted later, by request. Please fill out a separate form for each artwork. We accept submissions through this form on our website, or via email to uspmhk@nus.edu.sg, or via snail mail on cd, zip, floppy, jaz, or almost any format you can think of to Cyberarts Initiative, University Scholars Programme, National University of Singapore, 10 Kent Ridge Crescent, Singapore 119260.
